A control panel that makes menu use easier. Menus will drop down when the cursor is placed in the menu heading or it can be set to drop down a menu after a click of the mouse. Once down, a menu can be put back up automatically or with the click of the mouse. What's cool is that the menus stay down without the need to hold down the mouse button
